Appointment Policy
We reserve appointment times specifically for each patient so that we may provide the best service. Please schedule your appointments CAREFULLY as there will be a charge to your account for any appointment cancelled without 24 hours notice.
This ensures that we can accommodate urgent care patients that are waiting to come in sooner for their appointments. Similarly, late arrivals can create scheduling problems with other patients. Please notify us if you are going to be late. You may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late and short notice cancellation fees may apply.
If you need to change an existing appointment, please email us at [email protected] or call during our regular office hours. Do not leave a voicemail message to cancel or change an appointment, you must email or speak to a staff member to make any changes to your visit.
The office’s fee for short notice cancellation is $150 per hour for regular office visits, $200 per hour for periodontal visits. This fee applies without exception to any no show/no call appointments and any appointment cancelled with less than 2 hours notice.
Illness/Covid Cancellation: If you are exposed to Covid within 3 days of your appointment you must call on the day you are notified you’ve been exposed, you may need to reschedule your appointment. If you have an appointment within 10 days of testing positive for Covid you must reschedule your appointment. If you have any symptoms pertaining to Covid or if you have had any contagious illness (cold, flu, stomach virus, cold sores, etc.) please call and reschedule your appointment.
If you have any questions regarding these guidelines, please feel free to ask the office manager.
